Water Service Line Customer Survey - Muhlenberg Township Authority

Effective September 29, 2026, Muhlenberg Township Authority is moving to a new online Credit Card bill pay platform. This will ONLY affect those who have auto pay or wish to pay by credit card. To access your account on the new system, you will need to set up a Username and Password also you will need your PIN number. Your PIN can be found on your most recent Muhlenberg Township Authority bill. If you are unable to locate your PIN, please contact the Authority’s Customer Service Department, and we will be happy to provide it to you.

Water Service Line - Customer Survey

We need your help completing our Water Service Line Inventory. Please submit the information requested below right away.

Locate a recent Utility Bill. You will need this to enter your Account Number in the response form.
Locate your water service line coming into your building/home - where the service line comes through the wall or floor. This pipe is usually located in the basement or lowest buildingt level and is connected to the water meter.
Use the pipe material chart, here, to help identify your service line.
Take a photo of your service line.
Upload the photo online and fill out the information: address, name, and service line material.

PLEASE NOTE ALL SUBMISSIONS ARE BEING REVIEWED BY THE WATER BUREAU. DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF RESPONSES, REVIEWING AND VERIFYING YOUR SUBMISSION MAY TAKE LONGER THAN EXPECTED.
